Federal Effort to Head Off TV Piracy Is Challenged

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeal will hear arguments tomorrow regarding the legality of the broadcast flag. The lawsuit was brought by Public Knowledge and others against the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
