Fingerprints, iris scans to tighten U.K. borders

Secretary of State for Home Affairs Charles Clarke anncounced on Monday that all visa applicants will be fingerprinted once they arrive in the U.K. The government will also be putting an "electronic borders" program in place that will review and store the travel data of all U.K. immigrants.
